The open air Kariwak Village Restaurant has an unmistakably Caribbean ambiance - thatched roofs, clay tiled floors, coral stone walls, bamboo and rattan furnishings. The Kariwak Restauant has established an enviable reputation for its unique Caribbean and Creole cuisine prepared under Cynthia's watchful guidance and generously flavoured with fresh herbs from the Kariwak garden.
